Wednesday's Spirit Day is Don't Let Drugs Rule Your Emotions: Dress head-to-toe in an Inside Out emotion's color.


Today our French II and III classes had the pleasure of visiting with SHS foreign exchange alumni. It was an amazing opportunity for our students to ask questions and practice their French skills. A big thank you to Nick, Sophie, and their family!


Tuesday's theme for Red Ribbon Week is "Don't Let Drugs Turn You Into A Villain: Dress to match your favorite hero or villain.


Don't forget Red Ribbon Week starts Monday with Movie Nights Should be Drug-Free: Wear your comfy pajamas.


SHS will celebrate Red Ribbon Week from October 28th through November 1st with a Spirit Week. We encourage students and staff to participate each day. Attached you will find a flyer of all the Spirit Days.


Mrs. Leathers's class completed an epicenter lab where they calculated the epicenter of an earthquake today!

The SHS Varsity Football team will host the Mountain View Liberty Eagles this Friday, October 18th at 7:00 PM.
The theme for the game has been changed in honor of Pink Out for Cancer Awareness.


Mrs. Terrill’s Nutrition and Wellness class had a blast making nutritious smoothies this week!







The Lady Tiger Volleyball team will play Mountain Grove on Thursday, October 17.
The theme for the game is Superhero vs Disney. Dress up and cheer on our Lady Tigers.

Join us in supporting the men and women whose lives cancer has touched.


Several Juniors and Seniors attended the Regional College Fair in Rolla today. They were able to visit with various colleges about programs and opportunities at their school. They were also able to talk with a few different military representatives.







Shout out to Mr. Wofford’s class for their hard work and dedication! Students have been busy preparing and delivering some incredible demonstration presentations, showcasing their creativity and communication skills.






Dylan Parker gave a presentation to the Chamber of Commerce about the high school's Agricultural Education and FFA programs. He talked about how these programs help students and benefit the community. Great job, Dylan!



Seniors and families, mark your calendars for October 15th! We will be hosting an FSA ID Night. There will be a speaker and several college advisors to help with setting up FSA IDs. We will be setup in the High School Library from 4:30-6:30.


Monday's HOME Volleyball game theme is in honor of Senior Night.
Come support your Senior Lady Tigers by wearing all your senior citizen gear.
Senior Night recognition will be before the varsity game tomorrow at appx 5:15
with the Varsity game being first with a possible JV game to follow.
