Anyone wanting to request a transcript can access the transcript request form. Once the form is completed, it can be faxed, emailed, mailed, or delivered in person. 

Students who took dual credit classes through MSU-West Plains will need to have their official transcript sent to the college of their choice. The student's final high school transcript is NOT enough. To access a request for transcripts to be sent, the student will to go to the college website and follow the directions as given. There will be a charge from the college to do this.
