Abbi Wilson, member of the Rolla HOSA chapter, competed on Monday and Tuesday at the State Leadership Conference. Abbi and her team competed in the MRC partnership competition, they highlighted things our chapter did throughout the community to be more prepared for a man-made or natural disaster. Abbi’s team placed 2nd in the state and will advance to the International level of competition this June. Congrats to Abbi and her team!

Quis Bowl competed in the Houston Spring Invitational on Saturday, along with teams from 16 other schools. Three students received individual medals. In the standard bracket Preston Duncan placed 10th and Noah Gerischer placed 3rd. In the competitive bracket Marshall White placed 6th.
Salem FFA was named Gahr Truck and Equipment New Holland Blue Ribbon FFA Chapter during National FFA Week. The chapter competed with 10 area schools. Points were accumulated by Salem winning the essay contest, posting over 50 supervised agriculture experience pictures, and taking over 60 FFA members to tour Gahr Truck and equipment.
Gahr Truck and Equipment presented Salem FFA with a $1000 check, Gahr Truck and Equipment 2024 New Holland Blue Ribbon FFA Chapter plaque and a large framed poster of the history of New Holland.
