Nevaeh was recognized for helping another student feel included. We are so proud of you, Nevaeh! Thank you for being such a great friend!

Are you smarter than a 5th Grader? These kids are creating posters about factors and multiples during RtI time. The students have become the teachers!

This is a great community resource! If you are a family in need of holiday assistance this year, please see below information on how to apply. 🎅🎄

These students got recognized at the Salem R-80 School Board meeting tonight for consistently being at the top of the Beanstack leaderboard! Great job to our awesome readers!

Out of an abundance of caution, we would like to inform you that a bed bug was discovered near the book return in our Salem Upper Elementary Library yesterday evening. Over 100 books were returned through the library book return station on that day, and we are currently unable to determine the source. We have already contacted a licensed pest control professional to assess the situation and assist us in resolving it.

🌟Classroom Counseling Lessons with Mrs. Lyle are Underway! 🌟
This month, our students are learning all about resiliency - the ability to keep going, even when things get tough. 💪
To help us understand this important skill, students decorated their very own wobble eggs! These fun little eggs remind us that even though we wobble during hard times, we can always find our balance and bounce back!
Proud of our students for embracing this lesson with creativity and heart! 🌟❤️
