Seniors and Families mark your calendars! January 14, 2025 4:30-6:30pm. We will have plenty of helpers to guide you through the FAFSA process.

A group of sophomores traveled to RTI and RTC today to check out some of the programs. They each chose three programs to sit in on and were able to participate in various activities. The trip will hopefully serve in helping them decide if RTI or RTC will be a good fit for them.

Our Construction Trades students have been hard at work, making amazing progress on their latest projects!
The stairs to the upper loft are officially complete, and they’ve nearly finished installing the subfloor. It’s exciting to see the space coming together, thanks to their teamwork and dedication! In addition to working on the building, a few of our students also tackled replacing the flooring on a trailer. We’re proud of their hard work and craftsmanship!

This week, the staff has been having fun with a Secret Spirit Week. It’s been so entertaining to see the students’ reactions each day as we surprise them with a new theme. The highlight of the week was Dress Like A Student Day. Check out some of our favorites!

A huge thank you to the American Legion Auxiliary for their generous donation of apples!
With your support, we were able to treat our staff to an amazing apple nacho bar, complete with all the toppings! It was the perfect way to sweeten their day and show appreciation for all the hard work they do.

Students in Mrs. Leathers’ classes had an incredible opportunity to dig into the world of geology and mining. Trey Anglim, Kolten Booth, John Ouelette, and Kevin Koob, geologists from Doe Run, shared their expertise about local geology and mining practices. Students learned all about what materials are mined, how they’re extracted, and the ways they’re used in everyday life. It’s amazing to connect classroom learning with real-world applications, especially when it’s from professionals right in our community!

We can't wait to play! We hope to see you there. Admission is $5.00 for adults and $2.00 for students.

Thank you Licking Memorial VFW Post 6337 for your generous donation to the Salem High School Robotics Team!

We had the privilege of honoring our veterans today with breakfast and an assembly. A special thank you to Bill Stack and Kevin Presley for speaking to our students, staff, and veterans.
